Classes & Prices

Barre Body classes are all strong and dynamic, designed to stretch, tone and reshape your body. Be prepared to feel like you’ve had a workout. Beginners absolutely welcome!

Class styles

Morning and evening classes are 1hr and lunchtime classes are 50 mins. We work very hard in this time to make every minute count.

Barre Body – Our signature class at the barre, Barre Body will reshape and sculpt your body. Fusing yoga and barre conditioning exercises, Barre Body comprises interval training and isometric exercises incorporating hand weights, mat work and the barre to tone and shape your body.
Barre Moves - More balletic in style, Barre Moves combines flowing yoga and contemporary and classical ballet exercises to burn fat and tone your body at the barre and on the mat. No dance experience required.
Barre Tone – True to the US style of barre classes, this strong  and dynamic core-focused class integrates pilates principles and exercises with barre work and hand weights to tone and shape your body.
Barre Cardio - A strong and energising total body cardio class that combines high-energy cardio intervals with barre and Pilates conditioning.
Dynamic Flow - A strong and dynamic vinyasa flow yoga class. Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga with a sequence of postures synchronised by the breath. This class will challenge your body, quieten your mind and uplift your spirit.
Detox Flow - A strong, flowing practice focusing on twists and forward bends for detoxification. Boosts circulation and helps to stimulate lymphatic drainage and fluid/weight loss.
Pilates Mat - A class comprising of strong Pilates mat exercises to condition your body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture and creates long, lean muscles.
Ballet (8 week course) - This fun and challenging 8 week introductory ballet course will teach you the basics of ballet from arm & feet positions to coveted ballet moves so you learn to plié, tendu, battement, ronds de jambe, arabesque, pirouette, sauté (and so on) like a dancer. Next course commences in early 2014.
Prenatal barre 1:1 - All of our classes are suitable for mummas-to-be (with the exception of detox yoga). Contact us to book your 30min 1:1 session before coming along to a class. We will teach you all the modifications you need to know to attend any class.

ALL classes are suitable for beginners to advanced students. Your teacher will offer you suitable modifications, variations and challenges to suit your level of fitness, experience and ability.

Prices

PASSES AND MEMBERSHIPS ARE VALID AT ALL STUDIOS.

New student - $50 for two weeks unlimited (book a class to take up this offer) 
Casual class - $25
10 class pass - $200 (valid 6 months)
30 day unlimited pass – $220 
Weekly two class pass – $35 (direct debit membership*)
Weekly lunchtime unlimited - $40 (direct debit membership*)
Weekly unlimited - $50 (direct debit membership*)

GIFT VOUCHERS can be purchased from the online store (select online store, then gift cards).

*Membership can be cancelled or paused (minimum 1 week) at any time via email with 7 days notice.

Studio etiquette

Please turn your mobile phone off before entering the studio and leave your worries at the door…

Our Bondi Junction, Flinders Lane, Fitzroy and Windsor studios will open 10-15 minutes before the class start time, so please be a early for class, but not too early or you may have  to wait a few minutes outside.

Our Flinders Lane studio is located within the serene and tranquil Endota Spa. Enter through the spa and follow the corridor to the end and the studio is in the back left corner of the spa. Treatments are in progress, so please turn your mobile on silent and be as quiet as possible as you enter and exit the studio.

Preparing for class

    • Please be on time for your class, especially for early morning classes where we lock the door after the class commences
    • Yoga mats provided
    • Wear comfortable clothing and bare feet
    • Try not to eat for 2 hours before class
    • Bring a water bottle in case you get thirsty
    • Please arrive 5 minutes before class (especially for 7am class as we lock the front endota spa door at 7am)
    • We have change rooms in the studios (but no showers)
    • Online bookings recommended as our studios are intimate and places are limited
